2.1. A legally binding Contract will be formed either:

2.1.1. (where applicable) as soon as your registration for the Platform is complete and the initial payment has been made.  The Contract will include the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which will apply between you and us; or

2.1.2. upon acceptance of our Proposal, in writing, by you.

2.2. Once the Contract is formed, as detailed in clause 2.1, we will send you a link to the Platform, which you will be entitled to share solely with the agreed Attendees.  You (and they) may also be required to create an account.

2.3. No terms or conditions stipulated or referred to by you in any form whatsoever will in any respect vary or add to these Terms and Conditions unless we agree otherwise in writing.

2.4. Once formed, the Contract will continue in force on a rolling monthly basis, until it is cancelled under clause 6.

3. The Services

3.1. We provide a wide range of Experiences and will recommend such Experiences as we deem suitable to an  Attendee upon successful use of the Platform by them. This may include, but is not limited to, a retreat, online course, group session, or workshop.

3.2. We cannot warrant that any Attendee (or potential attendee) will be satisfied with the Experience, nor that this will affect (whether positively or negatively) their wellbeing, engagement, retention, productivity, or any other performance outcomes (and, in any event, cannot be held responsible for any such outcomes). Any opinion (including any continued opinion following the Experience) held or expressed by an Attendee, whether concerning work or otherwise, is expressly their own and we can accept no responsibility for this.

3.3. It is your responsibility to ensure Attendees make full use of the Experience, as no refunds or price reductions will be provided where this is not the case.

3.4. Please note that no Experience is a substitute for professional health or wellbeing services and should in no way be construed as medical advice, treatment or any type of therapy. We accept no liability for your or any User’s use of the information obtained via an Experience.

3.5. If an Attendee is late, we reserve the right to cancel or shorten an Experience as appropriate.  If an Attendee fails to attend an Experience for any reason, no refund or reduction in fees will be given.

You are responsible for the conduct of your Attendee(s) at all times, and for ensuring that they are able and fit to participate in any Experience.  Should the behaviour of an Attendee prove disruptive at any stage during the provision of the Services, at our sole discretion, we will be entitled to request the immediate removal of said Attendee from that and any future service.

3.7. Where the Services and/or any Experience is to be provided virtually, we do not warrant that access will be uninterrupted or error-free; nor that the Services/Experience, and/or that the information obtained through the Services/Experience will meet your or any Attendees requirements.

3.8. Where the Services and/or any Experience are to be provided in person, it shall be your responsibility to provide suitable facilities (and pay all associated expenses) in line with our reasonable instructions. Where we have been requested to provide such, this will be subject to our availability and will be chargeable.

3.9. Where you or an Attendee has requested to reschedule an Experience, we cannot guarantee any such request, but will instead try to accommodate it where possible. If we cannot do this, we reserve the right to treat the Experience as cancelled and charge you accordingly.

3.10. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we have to reschedule or cancel an Experience, we will contact you as soon as possible to minimise disruption and will endeavour to reschedule to a mutually convenient date as soon as reasonably possible.
